Emanuela Gaia Zapparoli mainly deals with the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights, assisting Italian and foreign clients both in and out of court.
She specialises in litigation, in particular patent disputes, and has also gained considerable experience in assisting and representing clients in proceedings relating to trademarks, designs, copyright and unfair competition.
In the area of non-contentious services, she also deals with the drafting of contracts relating to intellectual property rights and advises on various legal issues, with a particular interest in matters pertaining to software and new technologies.
In addition to attending conferences in Italy and abroad, she is an invited speaker at national and international conferences, as well as at events organised by the EUIPO, where the Firm is a Talent Bank Partner.
